Affiliate Program Rules
These rules govern the tesla-ke.sk referral program, through which customers can recommend MSART service to others and receive a reward.
1. Program operator

2. Who can join
- A registered tesla-ke.sk customer.
- A natural person over 18, or a legally capable entity.
- Each participant may have only one account and one referral code.
3. How a referral is created
After registration the referrer receives a unique referral code and QR code. If a new customer registers via this code/link, the referral is matched automatically.
4. Rewards
- New customer: 10% discount on the first service order.
- Referrer: 10% credit for the next visit.
5. Reward activation condition
Both rewards activate only after the referred new customer pays for their first service and the claim is approved by the operator. Until then the referral is recorded as pending.
6. Credit validity and use
- Validity: the credit is valid [TO COMPLETE: e.g. 12 months] from crediting.
- Use: the credit applies to the next visit/order.
- Unused credit expires after its validity period.
- Neither credit nor discount is redeemable for cash or transferable to another person.
7. No combination with other promotions
The new-customer discount and the referrer credit cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless the operator expressly states otherwise.
8. Abuse protection
- Self-referral, fake accounts and speculative or fraudulent referrals are prohibited.
- On reasonable suspicion the operator may review, suspend, reject or cancel a claim.
- For rule breaches the operator may exclude the participant and cancel unawarded rewards.
9. Changes and termination
The operator may change the rules or end the program at any time. Rewards already validly granted [TO COMPLETE: e.g. remain usable until the end of their validity].
10. Tax aspects
