Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the tesla-ke.sk portal. By registering and using the portal, the user agrees to them.
1. Operator

2. Definitions
- Portal: the tesla-ke.sk web application.
- User: a person using or registered on the portal.
- Account: a registered user profile.
- Program: the referral (affiliate) program under separate rules.
3. Registration and account
- The user provides true and current data.
- Login is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA).
- The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for account activity.
- One person is entitled to one account.
4. Acceptable use
The user must not, in particular: misuse the portal, use automated tools (bots) to bypass protections, disrupt security or availability, access others' accounts, or publish unlawful content.
5. Referral program
Participation is governed by the separate Affiliate Program Rules.
6. Service availability
The operator strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The portal may be temporarily unavailable (e.g. maintenance).
7. Intellectual property
Portal content, brands and logos are protected and belong to the operator or its partners. They may not be used without consent.
8. Liability
The operator is liable only to the extent permitted by law. The user is responsible for their conduct and for damage caused by breaching these terms.
9. Account termination
The user may request account closure. The operator may restrict or close an account for breach of the terms or the law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic; Slovak courts have jurisdiction. Consumers have the right to alternative dispute resolution and may use the EU ODR platform. [TO COMPLETE / verify with a lawyer]
11. Changes to the terms
The operator may change the terms and will announce changes on the portal; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
